Here's how preorders work.
We begin with the FUNDING PHASE. During this phase we raise the amount of money needed to pay for production costs.
Next is the ART PROOF PHASE. During this phase our manufacturer creates an art proof for us to check to be sure all the line work, colors and so on are correct. This can take several days, even over a week at times depending on how complicated the design and how quickly they get it all correct.
Next is the PRODUCTION PHASE. During this phase the manufacturer begins production! Creating the mold, raw metal, painting or plating the metal, filling in all enamel colors by hand.
Finally is the SHIPPING PHASE. This happens after the manufacturer sends us the finished product. I then prep pins and ship them off to you!
Preorders take up to two months to be sent to us AFTER they have reached the production phase.
